Create a playful personal finance tracker that tracks monthly expenses and income.

Read README.md and check what project we have already created, do not delete existing account logic. From this step, I want you to create PLAN.md file that would describe a platform we will be creating.

It will be a personal finance tracker platform. People will be able to login and track their monthly expenses in the dashboard. The platform will be called Fin Buddy, make it playful.

Create a beautifully looking homepage where it explains the platform, then dashboard overview screen, gamified, then adding new expenses or income. For now I need only UI, do not create or change any database records (we will create those later). Make the design simple.

First off, create the PLAN.md and then continue with the plan.
